After analyzing the existing methods of learning and sales scripts we have proposed the optimization variant for the staff of Rostelecom office. In the process, we confirmed the hypothesis that the speed of learning of new employees may be reduced. For tracking learning, we set up data collection. During process this helped to see how to reduce the average service time and what best practices can be integrated.
